Lisa M. Valle, D.O., grew up in southern Orange County. She is a nationally known medical expert
of women’s health, lecturer and writer. She has appeared on TLC and the Discovery Health
channel as a medical expert on the show,Twins by Surprise, and on the television series, I Didn’t Know
I Was Pregnant. She also periodically lectures regarding various gynecology and obstetrical issues. She is
recognized by the American Osteopathic Association as a medical expert for women’s health and is a
member of their Media Spokespersons Network- a panel of medical experts for television, radio, and print media.
Dr. Valle earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles,
graduating with honors. In 2001, she graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio.
Dr. Valle began her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas. She transferred to
the University of California, San Francisco, Fresno Medical Education Program, where she completed her residency in
obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Valle worked in private practice in Anaheim Hills prior to opening her current practice in
Orange. She is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow
of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Dr. Valle focuses on diagnosing and treating gynecological and obstetrical conditions in women
of all ages, while emphasizing preventive medicine and the overall health and wellness of her patients. She understands
that many factors can affect health, and she takes a holistic approach to her patients’ well-being. She seeks
to provide the most comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical care possible.
